The sustainable renovation of the Embassy Office brings the Energy Label from G to A+++<\/p>\n<h3>Goals of the Renovation<\/h3>\n<p>The primary aim of this renovation is to expand the office&#8217;s square footage. The new extension will provide more space and create a modern work environment. Additionally, the existing office will undergo a thorough sustainable renovation to meet current standards.<\/p>\n<h3>Enhancing Energy Performance<\/h3>\n<p>Improving energy performance is a key focus of this renovation. Starting in 2023, office buildings larger than 100 m\u00b2 must achieve a minimum energy label of C. By 2030, an energy label of A will be required. If your office needs renovation to meet these regulations, consider changes to achieve an energy label of A. The energy label indicates a building&#8217;s energy efficiency and sustainability. This project aims to elevate the building from a low-performing energy label, like G, to a highly efficient A+++ rating.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Why Renovation and <a href=\"https:\/\/globalarchitects.nl\/en\/sustainability\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Sustainability<\/a> Matter<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Embassies and government buildings are often grand and monumental structures, making renovation more challenging.
