Factory Loft Haarlem

The concept of the interior design of the Factory Loft Haarlem consists of 6 volumes. These volumes give the Factory Loft its layout and give it character. The volumes all have a different function, from 2 bedrooms, bathroom, cooking island to cupboard wall with TV cabinet. Because daylight only comes from one side, the bedrooms have glass walls. The smaller bedrooms are made up of glass building blocks. The Factory project in Haarlem is a transformation project in which the former Fluor Nederland headquarters at Surinamepad 17 is being transformed into 96 lofts and two commercial spaces. Factory is part of Elements Haarlem, an area development that consists of 194 rental apartments, 114 owner-occupied homes and a separate parking building (Smart Dock). Factory consists of 6 layers. On the ground floor are the two commercial spaces, the indoor transformer and container space and various storage spaces.
