This completely ecologically sustainable project consists of 30 apartments of different compositions and varying in size from 30m² to 150 m², and is located in the Petroleumhaven of The Hague. Two-floor apartments with a mezzanine are also possible! Combine, connect and shape your own home in a unique building in The Hague. The Factory is an ambitious project, where creativity, freedom and sustainability are the most important concepts. All apartments are energy-efficient and designed from an integrated sustainability concept, with plenty of daylight and a direct connection to the garden or a large roof terrace. The rooftops, for example, offer the possibility for solar panels.

The Factory is an ambitious project, where creativity, freedom and sustainability are the most important concepts. A “collective” sounds closed, but it is not. It is a composite group of enthusiasts, looking for the fulfilment of their own housing dream, at a location in The Hague that has the space to do so. That housing dream does not have to be spectacularly different. It is all about being your dream and being able to make your own special place in the city. It’s possible in the Petroleumhaven.
